By using MineralHub, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MineralHub (minerals.com.tr), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person is permitted. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Content Rules
You may post mineral specimens, photos, and videos you own or have rights to share. Content must be relevant to minerals, geology, and collecting. Posts must include accurate mineral identification where known.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not post: fraudulent listings or misidentified minerals for deceptive purposes, copyrighted content without permission, spam or unrelated commercial content, harmful, abusive, or illegal material, content that violates the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post but grant MineralHub a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform. The MineralHub brand, design, and code are our intellectual property.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Serious violations (fraud, harassment, illegal content) may result in immediate permanent bans.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
MineralHub is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the accuracy of mineral identifications posted by users. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of minerals.com.tr operations. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
